Interested in “all things Saratoga”? Like the ponies? Like photography?
Great! Many of you will recall the exhibition A View From the Backstretch by Vermont’s award-winning photographer Dona Ann McAdams that had been at the National Museum of Racing and Hall of Fame in Saratoga last year. Well, it can be seen again!
It opens November 2 at the Amy E. Tarrant Gallery at the Flynn Center for the Performing Arts in Burlington, Vermont.
For those who haven’t seen it, A View From the Backstretch is features the photographic work of several horsemen and horsewomen who work at Saratoga Race Course. McAdams conceived this project of having these backstretch workers photograph their workplace and then having it organized into an exhibition.
